How Are We Set Apart
TSG Real Estate is a small family owned real estate firm in downtown Summerville. Our firm is led by the golden rule to provide true servant leadership to everyone we do business with. Dan and Sherry Swift, the owners of TSG Real Estate each have 20 years in the real estate business and together take an active role to make sure every client enjoys the highest level of personal service. Our office is like a little family and we all work together to be an asset to our clients and the community. We are members of the Chamber of Commerce and a Community Partner in Summerville Dream where we sponsor events ranging from Summerville Skates to the Christmas Parade to the Sweetest Week and we are a regular at Third Thursday if you see us at any events feel free to come say hi we have a fun group of cool people if I do say so myself.

I have been so busy with getting the house together, but omg! I am beyond blessed. With everything going on this from losing my mom to getting turned down by the first lender, Sherry Swift never left my side. I started this journey last year and then after my father in law passed, I stopped. I knew I had a few things on my credit that needed to be resolved. Crazy things happen in life and this crazy thing became a blessing ??. I received a letter from Sherry and her TSG Real Estate company advising me of the services they provide. Funny thing is I am all the way in Texas. Due to the fact I was looking to sell my home I figured well why not, let’s see how the initial conversation goes. I have never experienced the perfect blend of professionalism and personalized customer service from any other realtor that I have ever worked with! That is saying a lot!!
From the first meeting with Julio until my home was sold, I never felt rushed or pressure like others had made me feel!
Julio explained my options, answer every question and concern that I had, and did all of this while matching my sense of humor!
Even when I had to delay putting my home on the market for about two months, Julio would check in on me from time to time to make sure that there wasn’t anything I needed from him! It was not over the top either!
When Julio listed my home, he told me that we would most likely be under contract within a few weeks. Well within 3 days we were under contract!!!

After finding out where we were headed for our move, we had a relative suggest a realtor to us. It wasn't Sherry, so we wasted about 3 weeks with him until we were ghosted by him. We had given him the same information we eventually handed off the Sherry, location, size, and what we were looking to spend. The first realtor sent us houses that were no where near what we were looking for, we had even sent him links to homes we liked. That is when we went looking for a new realtor and found Sherry. From the first meeting with Julio until my home was sold, I never felt rushed or pressure like others had made me feel!
Julio explained my options, answer every question and concern that I had, and did all of this while matching my sense of humor!
Even when I had to delay putting my home on the market for about two months, Julio would check in on me from time to time to make sure that there wasn’t anything I needed from him! It was not over the top either!
